Hello participants, esteemed guests, distinguished members of the political community, and esteemed journalists and correspondents from around the world. Welcome and good day to you all to this conference on regional security and global peace.

A quick look at the past two centuries and the First and Second World Wars shows that the lack of political sovereignty, states and independent entities were the main causes of these wars Therefore, I am not saying the United Nations because nations do not participate in it, but states participate in it. There are many nations that do not have their own state and political sovereignty and remain under occupation. They are occupying powers.

The outbreak and eventual cessation of World Wars I and II was the formation of a number of countries. Does the world need another world war in order for other stateless nations such as Kurds, Baluchs, Ahwazi Arabs and Caspians to eventually have their own independent states? ?

The issue of independence of these stateless nations, including the Kurdish nation, is directly linked to the issue of regional and global security. Unless the issue of these occupied nations is resolved, the Middle East will not see peace Confederations cannot respond to the demands of the peoples of the occupied territories and the only way to achieve peace and stability in the Middle East is to establish an independent Kurdistan state and abolish the false maps and geography of the countries that occupied Kurdistan.

In the 21st century, when some classical so-called political forces believe that the era of the nation-state is over, at least six to seven other countries have emerged that were previously occupied and now have their own political independence and sovereignty . . . .

The world in general and the Middle East in particular are undergoing fundamental political and geographical changes. It is time for the political map of the Middle East to be based on the common interests of the West, the US and the world powers be redesigned.

Iran could have continued its rule in this way as long as it was not a threat to the interests of the world powers and the West, but due to changes in the blocs and poles of power at the global level, the political equations have not been exempt from these changes.

Some of the actions that define Iran as a threat to security and peace in the region and the world are:

First, the hidden nuclear program and the attempt to acquire nuclear weapons, which creates a competition for access to nuclear weapons throughout the region and turns the region as a whole into a barrel of gunpowder

Second, help export drones and missiles to Russia in the war against Ukraine.

Third, organizing and exporting terrorism and terrorism at the global level and its aid to all global terrorist groups and organizations, such as Hamas, Hezbollah, Hashdi Shaabi, Taliban, al-Qaeda, ISIS, Yemeni Houthis and even Boko Haram in Africa and hundreds of other terrorist organizations

Fourth: Interference in the internal affairs of the countries of the region in general and the Arab countries in particular, such as Iraq, Syria, Yemen, Lebanon and

Fifth, the threat of wiping out Israel and eventually direct missile attacks on Israeli territory and sovereignty and proxy war with Israel, the West and the United States outside its borders.

Sixth: Open and deliberate violation of human rights and brutal killing of protesters, as he did in the revolution of women, life and freedom in front of the whole world, that is, apart from imprisonment and execution, mass killing of people . . . .

During the past hundred years, Iran as a political unit built on the land and blood of non-Persian nations, in addition to imprisonment, execution, killing and massacre, assimilation and ethnic cleansing, demographic changes in the areas belonging to the occupied nations This has been done in different forms and institutions since the time of Reza Khan until today. In fact, the Iranians, both the Sultanate and the Islamic Republic, have followed the same policy in their treatment of the Kurds and other nations They have forged the culture, history, language, culture, intelligence and civilization of these nations in the name of Iran and put them at the service of the dominant nation, the Persian nation.

As long as there is an artificial geography and political unit under the name of Iran, not only the nations whose territory is occupied by the Iranians, but the Middle East and the world in general will not see stability and peace It is called Iran and as happened in the former Soviet Union and some of the nations whose territory was occupied by the Russians, achieving political sovereignty, the same change must occur in the map of Iran and the result will be the establishment of at least seven independent countries.

Kurdistan, Baluchistan, Ahwaz, Caspian, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan and Persia.

Among them, a force that cannot be ignored and can play a major role in changing the map of the Middle East is the Kurdish nation, the force that surrendered to the world’s largest and most dangerous terrorist organization, ISIS.

Therefore, if today’s multipolar world several world powers are defined as the role of the pole of power, the Kurds are not as a state, but as a powerful stateless nation, because of its strength can change the political equations Kurdish aspirations and interests should be reconciled.
